The parking public in cities where the SMS4Parking™ is implemented is extremely favorable – we have on average 20% month to month increase of system usage.

At present, mobile parking systems are provided in 15 Serbian cities, i.e. in approximately 47,000 parking spaces, for all users of all mobile operators.
The introduction of mobile parking payment has been well received by citizens and it was shown as early as in the first two years of operation that the introduction of this system is justified.

The number of mobile parking payments through the use of the SMS4PARKING service is increasing, so more than 8 Million Of SMS parking payments were processed From May 2006 – Oct.2007. Each month we see an approximate increase of 15% of the processed SMS messages. The share of SMS payments already makes 80% of the total parking payments. The preliminary results are also:

• Increase of total parking revenue collections of 83%
• Decrease of parking ticket sales in Pay & Display machines of 19%
• Increase of the parking fines issued of 7.5%
