In cooperation with the largest Mobile operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina -
company TELEKOM SRPSKE ( www.telekomsrpske.com
) we have started the implementation of the SMS4Parking centre in the City
of Banja Luka. SMS4Parking centre will provide its functionalities to all
parking operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

1. City of Banja Luka - Public parking management department
Management of the project of analysis and setting up of system of payment,
control and administration of new parking system.Complete parking, IT and
communication infrastructure setup and implementation and integration of
SMS4Parking™ solution.
Parking system is based on limited parking time in ZONES. Around 3000
parking lots are managed by the system SMS4Parking™

In cooperation with company CYTA ( www.cyta.com.cy ) leading Mobile
operator from Cyprus and company ALM TELECOM SERVICE (www.almgroup.com ) we have started the
implementation of the SMS4Parking centre in the City of NICOSIA.
SMS4Parking centre will provide its functionalities to all parking
operators in Cyprus.

municipalities we have implemented SMS4Parking™ solution and received a
uniformly positive feedback on all levels (parking public, parking
authorities, local government
The parking public in cities where the SMS4Parking™
is implemented is extremely
favorable – we have on average 20% month to month increase of system usage.
At present, mobile parking systems are provided in 23 cities,
i.e. in approximately 47,000 parking spaces, for all users of all mobile
operators.
The introduction of mobile parking payment has been well received by
citizens and it was shown as early as in the first two years of operation
that the introduction of this system is justified.
The number of mobile parking payments through the use of the
SMS4PARKING service is increasing, so more than 30 Million Of SMS parking
payments were processed From May 2006 – May 2010. Each month we see an
approximate increase of 15% of the processed SMS messages. The share of SMS
payments already makes 80% of the total parking payments. The preliminary
results are also:
• Increase of total parking revenue collections of 83%
• Decrease of parking ticket sales in Pay & Display machines of 19%
• Increase of the parking fines issued of 7.5%
